Pretty Collecting: Vintage New Year's Decorations

I have been collecting vintage party supplies for years and some of my favorites are the old, New Year's Eve decorations.  I am especially partial to party horns and blowers, as I just love the beautiful colors...

I just love the dainty strips of tissue paper fringe...
