I found these adorable crepe paper flower picks in the scrap-booking aisle...
The uses for them are endless, but I just love them as sweet little toppers for some mini pastel cupcakes.

Very sweet, especially embellishing those cupcakes! The crepe flowers remind me of the birthday candle holders used on many a childhood birthday cake of my past. They were shaped like rosettes on the bottom, to hold the tiny candles. The crepe flowers on the cupcakes look like that, a bit, to me.
