Lately, I am rather obsessed with my mini pastel marshmallows. So, I thought I'm incorporate them into some Rice Krispie Treats.
I made two kinds - one batch with regular white marshmallows and one with pink strawberry marshmallows. I just followed the basic recipe and then added two additional cups of mini-marshmallows to the mix.
Then, if that wasn't quite enough sugar, I sprinkled a few more on top!
These are super easy, so make a stack or two this weekend...
They would be great yummy treats or favors for a birthday party or shower - just wrap them up in some clear cellophane and tie with some ribbon or tulle. I know my girls are going to be pretty happy when they get home from school today and see these waiting for them. :-)
Happy Weekend!
Jessica

These look just so super sweet.

I love pastel marshmallows as well! These would be cute around easter time if you cut them to look like easter eggs.

Where, oh where did you get those tiny marshmallows? They look like the kind from a box of cereal. We used to buy them at the store but haven't found them for years!
