Do you remember last year when I went to L.A. and was completely heartbroken that my beloved Shabby Chic had closed it's doors? Well, as you probably know by now, Shabby Chic (Couture) is back... and I am beyond thrilled!
I had already visited the newly opened New York shop last Fall, but I was super anxious to get to Rachel's Santa Monica shop. It is in the same location on Montana Avenue as her original Shabby Chic flagship store and it's as pretty as ever!
Check out the beautiful window displays...
The store is as lovely as ever...
I was literally dying over these one-of-a-kind pillows made from vintage fabrics...
There are ruffly parasols and prom dresses to be had...
I love these lavender glasses...
And how about this gorgeous table.
There are walls and walls of shabby linens...
And ruffles galore!
I always love a pretty inspiration board...
I was so happy to be back shopping at Shabby Chic in Santa Monica...it's as if it never left.

Oh my gosh. I am so happy shabby chic is back!!! Thank you so much for posting the pictures of what I'm missing! If only she would open a shop here in Florida!

I die for this store. I've been to this one and NYC on multiple occasions, but I am dieing to get over to the new London location.....I just need the money for a plane ticket lol

My dream would be to have a Rachel Ashwell overstuffed chair and ottoman! I have been to the Santa Monica store years ago, long before it was trendy or fashionable. Viva La Ashwell!
